By accepting participation in BRASIL ENERGY SHOW events, the contractor will have the following rights acquired after purchase:

Important:

• BRASIL ENERGY CHANNEL does not accept registrations from people under 18 years of age.

 

• Service provision - The user will have access to event participation tickets when they receive confirmation of payment via registered email. After this, the user is already registered for the in-person or digital event. Once the user's participation has been confirmed by receiving payment, they can confirm their entry in person by presenting a photo ID and digitally by logging in/password on the event presentation website.

• Exchange Policy - The user will have up to 7 business days to cancel the purchase upon confirmation of payment, and will be guaranteed a refund, with only card fees, if any, being charged. After this period, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE ITEM, however, you may have this credit for other events of the BRASIL ENERGY SHOW group, if any.

• Cancellation policy - It will be possible to cancel participation if the payment of the bank slip, pix or card has not yet been made, after which it will enter the EXCHANGE POLICY.

•  

• Refund policy - From 7 days after the cancellation request and confirmation that payment has been made, the user who cancels the ticket will have their refund guaranteed after 15 business days.
