In order to access and use the Payment Services, you will be required to provide certain information (as requested by the banking companies) and register to connect to the Payment Services (the “Registration”).

 

. Registration information

 

All information provided by the User as part of the Registration process must be accurate and complete. The information provided by the User for Registration (such as their personal information, contact and billing data, email address and other identifying information) will be used to verify and evaluate their eligibility to use the Payment System and will not be shared with third parties, only with the authorities provided for by law when necessary.

 

The User is solely and fully responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and consistency of the information provided in the Registration process and will be liable for any losses directly or indirectly caused as a result of the provision of incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information. The User is also responsible for promptly updating the registration, upon any change in such information. Such updates will be seen as part of the Registration process and may require additional verification by the receiving department.

 

The Banking System may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request copies of documents to verify any information provided by any User, in order to determine the accuracy of the information that a User provides to BRASIL ENERGY SHOW as part of the Registration process (or otherwise). If the User fails to provide the copies of documents required by the Banking System in a timely manner, BRASIL ENERGY SHOW may, at its sole discretion, (i) withhold the Settlement Amounts (as defined below), and/or (ii) immediately discontinue the User's Registration and use of the Payment Services.

 

. Information collection

 

In compliance with applicable laws, BRASIL ENERGY SHOW is required to collect and store information from all Users of the events. The collection, use and storage of User Information are subject to the provisions of BRASIL ENERGY SHOW’s Privacy Policy. The User acknowledges that BRASIL ENERGY SHOW may transfer the information provided by the User to third parties (such as Pagar.me and/or any affiliates and partners of Pagar.me that are part of the Pagar.me payment system; the “Pagar.me System”), as necessary to efficiently provide the Payment Services to the User, in accordance with applicable laws.

 

. Sharing information with authorities.

 

In addition to the terms of BRASIL ENERGY SHOW's Privacy Policy, it is hereby clarified that BRASIL ENERGY SHOW and/or Pagar.me (Banking Payment System) may provide the competent authorities (such as the Ministry of Finance, BACEN, the Federal Revenue Service, state and municipal Finance Departments, Parliamentary Inquiry Committees, Financial Activities Control Bodies and the Federal Police) with all required information related to Transactions carried out using the Payment Services. This disclosure must (i) be limited to specific and mandatory information; and (ii) be made with an explicit notification that the information provided is confidential and must be treated as such.
